Kanta N°2 is the heart of the Kanta line – an elegant floorstanding speaker that combines avant-garde vision with the best of French audio technology. Its recognizable design breaks traditional industry rules without compromising on sound performance. Using Focus Time technology, all speakers are positioned so that the sound reaches the listener with perfect synchronization and focus.

The series exudes character and a contemporary spirit. The back of the speaker is made from a single piece of molded wood, while the Zamak base and glass top  add visual stability and a premium feel.

Combination of linen and beryllium for precise and warm sound

At the heart of the speakers is Focal's original combination of two revolutionary materials: natural linen and pure beryllium. The linen membrane provides excellent clarity, balance and depth in the mid- and low-frequency range, while the IAL beryllium tweeter delivers ultra-detailed and ethereal high frequencies. This synergistic approach results in a sound that is both emotional and audiophilely accurate.

Modern finishes and visual expressiveness

The clean look is emphasized by a wide choice of color and texture combinations. The front panels are available in matte shades such as Ivory, White and Black, which create a sophisticated contrast with the glossy sides – Black High Gloss, White High Gloss and Walnut High Gloss. The matte finish intentionally absorbs light to create a deeper and softer visual impact.
