Beyerdynamic is a German company that manufactures audio equipment. The company was founded in 1924 by Eugen Beyer in the city of Fellbach, Germany. He worked as an engineer at Siemens before starting his own company.

Initially, Beyerdynamic focused on producing microphones and headphones for radio stations, as radio was in its early stages of development and needed new technology and equipment for sound transmission. The company then expanded its product range to include professional headphones and microphones for music studios and live performances.

In 1937, the company invented the so-called "dynamic microphone," which became one of Beyerdynamic's most successful products and was even used by U.S. President John F. Kennedy in his historic speech "Ich bin ein Berliner" in Berlin in 1963.

Over the years, Beyerdynamic has continued to develop new products and technologies, such as the world's first stereo headphones, which were launched in 1960.

Today, the company is a leading manufacturer of audio equipment, producing microphones, headphones, amplifiers, and other products for professional and home users. Beyerdynamic is also known among audiophiles and music enthusiasts for the high-quality sound that its equipment offers.
